ICC CHAMPIONS TROPHY 2013 In second semi final of ICC CHAMPION TROPHY 2013 India won the toss and chose to bowl first and this decision totally worked for Dhoni`s eleven.Srilanka scored 181/8 in 50 overs.AD Mathews was the top scorer who scored 51 and DPMD jawardene was the 2nd top scorer scored 38 runs.I Sharma and R Ashwin took 3,3 wickets respectively and B Kumar and RA Jadeja took 1,1 each.
India chased the target in 35 overs with the loss of 2 wickets.S Dhawan scored 68,V Kohli 58 and RG Sharma scored 33.
AD Mathews and BMAJ Mendis took 1,1 wickets each.
And with this win India qualify for the final match against England at Birmingham 23 june 2013.This will be a great match because both the teams are at their great forms.
